the truth is, I've never been good at cooking...yes! i cook at home but my style is more like mixing whatever i have into one pan and voila!! there goes my meal for the day!! (hehe..perasan jamie oliver sekejap.. :p~~)hehe... i dun really cook proper meal on daily basis...BUT!!! I love cooking for my guest...and I only cook proper meal ONLY when there's guest in my house....LOL! so much of an excellent host.... :p hehehe....
BUT...(another but!) hehe...
trust me, I could never have done it without the help from my MOM!
yes! my mom! she's the secret behind all my mouth watering cuisines...even if she's not around, i will always have my phone with me so i can call her to make sure that i'm putting all the right ingredients...lol! sangat lah anak emak! knowing me, i'm a very forgetful person...even if i have cooked the same meal for 100 times, i still need my mom....and her cook book! hehehe...owh yes, speaking of cook book, my mom has this one thick ancient book where she wrote all the recipes from lauk pauk to kek and kuih raya...nyum nyum nyum!~~
if anyone were to ask me to pick just one thing in the world, it would have been my mom's cook book! :)
p/s: looking forward for this year's syawal...hopefully this time around i won't be too busy to host my annual open house :) any suggestion or request nak masak apa? :)
