JANJI ROCK Appreciation Nite!

this was our final event to end the 2011....theme was 'Janji Rock'...to appreciate all the blood sweat and tears of all the staff in TM Negeri Sembilan for achieving 'Most improved State in 2010'....all i can say that everybody enjoyed the night cos personally i think the theme suite many age group in our organization....and guess what? it was the first time ever that i took part in our ka'ROCK'k competition and won 1st place...woohooo!!!! singing sweet child o mine by guns and roses....wa kalahkan otai beb! thanks to all my team members for being soooo sporting and awesome! a great way to end my 2011 :D

Chicken Ginger Masala

Voila!! Chicken ginger masala! (recipe from incek bf!) *wink* Boleh makan dgn chapati segera...heheh...x mampu nak uli chapati sendiri lagi...nasi pon ok.. :p

Ingredient:
1. Chicken

2. Onion (finely chopped)
3. Tomatoes (finely chopped)

4. Ginger Paste
5. Ginger strips
6. cili padi

A
1. Cumin powder
2. Coriander powder
3. Tumeric powder
4. Chili powder
5. Salt
6. Plain Yogurt


Method:
1. Mixed ingredient A with the Chicken and marinate it for 30 minutes. Untuk effect yang cepat place it under the fan. ;)
2. Heat the oil, fry the onion (sampai tukar warna), add the tomato and chilies and fry until the oil separate.
3. Add the marinated chicken and stir for 5 minutes
4. add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook on a low heat for 15 minutes.
5. stir in the ginger strips.
6. Remove from heat and serve! ;)

garnished with the chopped coriander..hihihi... selamat mencuba!~~

Switched on ikim.fm this morning, they were life-interviewing Irfan Makki. He sang a couple of lines from Lab Pae Ati, it was very melancholic (tangkap sayu tiba-tiba), even though I do not understand Urdu... He said it was originally a poem by a Pakistani poet. Every Pakistani knows it by heart, it is like an anthem to them. Yeah, a good one just like his other songs (or nasheed). He admitted that he was once mistaken for Michael Jackson, that was before, when they thought MJ sang nasheed.

This has always been my fav board game during weekend...my opponent has always been the one and only huddy, the baby in the family....this was taken last weekend...kalau tengok markah sikit2...sebab kitorg main kejap2 je...ade lunch break then main baru...keluar gi jalan2 kt alamanda...pastu game baru...it's the sequence of short games...saje nak kasi hot budak kecik tu sbb die asyik kalah...haha!!!

the day i turned twenny six. :)

i'm officially twenny six years old....a year older and a year wiser insyaAllah... :)

the surprise carrot cake on my table this morning....my staff, kak noorlie made it....fresh from the oven y'all... :D it's one of my fav...cos it has like crunchy walnut inside which makes it interesting... :D

the almost finished ice-cream cake my bos bought for me... :) vanilla and strawberry my fav! yeayy!

thank you to my brother akib for treating us pizza last weekend...;) thank you to my family for the nice parker pen...love it! thank u encik boyfren for the most thoughful birthday message which has made my day....thank you everyone for cheering me up on my day!

Warna-warni Aidilfitri bersama TMN9!

yesterday was our TM Negeri Sembilan open day!

our theme was Warna-warni kampung TM where all every units are assigned to their food stall or "kampung".... :D all the kampungs are named after the kampung names in Negeri Sembilan like Kg Sepri, Kg Sri pilah, Kg Tanjung, Kg Geliu, Kg Batu Peti

and ours is Kg Sg Jernih! (the support group) - theme: Kampung Nelayan. rationale: sebab our kampung is serving drinks and desert.. :p~~ will share the picture once i got em...

this year, for the first time, i'm incharged of the invitation and protocol committee...invitation before the event, protocol during the event...i'm also incharge of all the usherettes on that day...habis event i pengsan...zzz...hehehehehe...nevertheless, it was a great experience...next time insyaAllah dah dpt gambaran dan idea nak buat ape... :)
